Aeromexico, Mexico's largest airline, was formed in 1934 and has its primary hub at Mexico City International Airport. Its three affiliates are Aeromexico Connect, AeromexicoContigo, and Aeromexico Express. It is a Group Mexico subsidiary and a signatory of Sky Team, a worldwide airline alliance. From Mexico City, Guadalajara, and Monterrey, it travels to more than 90 locations in America, Asia, and Europe.
Aeromexico airline reservations provide a wide range of aircraft tickets to passengers.
Basic Fare: There are a limited number of tickets available, which are given at random. There is no way to upgrade to AM Plus or Class Premier. A passenger is only allowed to bring one carryon bag. The ticket cannot be refunded.
Classic Fare: Seats are assigned to the Passenger based on his/her request in the Classic Fare. Tickets purchased at this price level can be upgraded to AM Plus or Clase Premier. Amass Premier Club Points (A flyer programme for frequent air traveller). A passenger with a Classic fare may bring one carryon and one checked bag. There are no extra costs and it is entirely refundable.
Flexible Fare: The traveller choose the seat of his choosing. Each passenger may carry one bag in addition to one piece of checked baggage. The Flexible price ticket allows the traveller to change the date and time of his trip without incurring additional expenses. Tickets are completely refundable.
AM Fare: If available, the passenger may pick his own seat on the AM Plus fare. The seats provide plenty of space for relaxing, which adds to the comfort. At the airport, passengers may take advantage of Sky Priority. Checked baggage is allowed. The traveller can change the date and time. There are no cancellation fees and it is 100% refundable.
Comfort Fare: The Comfort Fare allows for two checked bags and one carry-on bag weighing up to 18 kilogrammes. Seats are allotted in the Premier cabin and, if available, the Premier salon. Sky Priority is an option. It is not reversible.
Premier Fare: This ticket provides greater space as well as in-flight food service. Flatbed chairs are available to allow the body to completely relax. The time and date of the ticket can be changed. Preferably, check-in, boarding, and deboarding. Certain flights are not refundable.
CARRY-ON BAGGAGE POLICY: Aeromexico airline passengers are allowed to bring one personal item and one standard carry-on bag free of charge.
Personal goods and carry-on baggage must not exceed 21.5*15.7*10 inches (55*40*25cm).
Carry-on luggage should not weigh more than 22 pounds (10 kg).
A stroller, bassinet, and diaper bag are permitted as complimentary goods.
POLICY FOR CHECKED BAGGAGE: All checked baggage must have a maximum linear dimension of 62 inches (158 cms).
When travelling with Aeromexico Airlines, passengers can choose to check in before or after arriving at the airport.
Online CHECK-IN: Using the web check-in service, travellers can print their boarding pass 48 hours before the scheduled departure time for domestic flights and 24 hours before the scheduled departure time for international flights.
The web check-in window closes two hours before the scheduled departure time.
Web check-in is only available if the following requirements are met:
The flight ticket is electronic, and reservations are limited to a maximum of six persons.
Flight reservations should not contain special facilities or services such as babies, unaccompanied kids, pets, and so on.
Passengers should be at the boarding gate at least 45 minutes before the flight's departure time.
CHECK-IN VIA MOBILE: Using Aeromexico Airlines mobile check-in, customers may obtain their boarding pass directly on their Android or IOS mobile phones.
Mobile Check-in for domestic Aeromexico flights begins 48 hours before the scheduled departure time, 24 hours before the scheduled departure time for international flights, and closes one hour before the flight.
CHECK-IN AT THE KIOSK: Using the airport's automated Kiosk check-in option saves you time.
Check-in at the airport kiosk is available from one day to two hours before the scheduled flight departure.
